It has been ages since I have been on here!! I have been so busy with work and this week was shot being with all of our friends and family here in Utah. We were so lucky to have Bk's parents help us make our way to Utah for Thanksgiving. There has been many exciting things going on, We flew in Sunday into our first snow of the year, (It's our first since Ol'Wissy hasn't gotten snow yet) It was exciting flying into what looked like 150 MPH winds and successfully landing in the SLC airport. Thank goodness for wonderful pilots :o) we started off the trip to a late showing of Harry Potter with some of our friends Jack, Adam and his girlfriend Megan. It was very good, sad to admit I haven't read very many of the books but I hear this one was so far the closest to the book. Very impressed!! Monday was a snow day for BK, he hit the slopes with Adam and spent the day on top of Snowbird, and I slept off some awesome jet lag..... perfect day to do that. Tuesday SHOPPING!! Me and one of my good friends Alisa decided we needed to go shopping and spent most of the day doing that and then preping for the "horrible"blizzard that never was. Wednesday freezed our little bums off in the 10 degree weather, my mom came down so I spent time with her. I love seeing my family they are so much fun!! Thursday of course was running around between the two families and eating lots of yummy food and yes it was just great!! I love that we both have our families so close we can see everyone. I have such amazing in-laws, I love them so much. Friday more shopping!! We had to hit some of the black friday shopping of course. My mom and I took my grandma to the Provo mall and "X"amount of dollars were spent and many smiles were had. It was such a fun adventure with the girls. Saturday came to quick!!! Bk took the neices and nephews to go pick out a christmas tree for the family, after many hours of searching they finally found the perfect tree (which will hopefully soon we chopped down and placed so beautifully in the front room of the Stephens...... that is if they can fit it thru the front door)
I can't believe we leave tomorrow, we love love love Utah, and all the pretty mountains that are non existant in the mid west. I give Thanksgiving 2010 two thumbs up!
